The fee may not exceed three hundred dollars. The applicant shall pay fees for the cost of certification directly to the Behavior Analyst Certification Board, Inc. No fee assessed on a licensed social worker may be increased to support the licensure of a behavior analyst as required under this chapter.","path":["TITLE 36.
