The renewal shall be issued by the secretary upon payment of a biennial fee set by the board, by rule promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26, not exceeding the sum of four hundred dollars. The renewal shall be in the form of a receipt acknowledging payment of the required fee and signed by the secretary of the board.","path":["TITLE 36. PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","CHAPTER 36-4.
