A license so suspended may be reinstated during the following twelve months by application to the board and payment of the renewal fee and a reinstatement fee as fixed by the board pursuant to § 36-4A-34. Thereafter, a license so suspended may be reinstated only upon payment of all delinquent renewal fees and a reinstatement fee fixed by the board pursuant to § 36-4A-34, following specific approval by the board.","path":["TITLE 36.
