A licensee or registrant whose license or registration is suspended under this section is entitled to a hearing before the board within twenty days after the effective date of the suspension. The licensee or registrant may subsequently appeal the suspension to circuit court in accordance with chapter 1-26.","path":["TITLE 36. PROFESSIONS AND OCCUPATIONS","CHAPTER 36-6A.
