{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-36-9-43","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 36-9-43","heading":"Fees required of licensed practical nurses.","body":"The board shall promulgate by rule, pursuant to chapter 1-26, the following nonrefundable licensed practical nurse fees which the board shall collect in advance from applicants:\n(1) For initial licensure by examination or endorsement, not more than two hundred dollars, exclusive of any fee which may be required for a nationally administered examination;\n(2) For reexamination, not more than the amount then required for licensure by examination;\n(3) For verification of licensure to another state, territory, or foreign country, not more than thirty dollars;\n(4) For issuance of any temporary or limited permit, not more than fifty dollars;\n(5) For biennial renewal of license, not more than one hundred fifty dollars;\n(6) For reinstatement of a lapsed license, the current renewal fee plus not more than one hundred dollars;\n(7) For providing a transcript, not more than five dollars;\n(8) For effecting a name change upon the records of a licensee, not more than twenty dollars;\n(9) For issuing a duplicate license, not more than thirty dollars;\n(10) For placing a license on inactive status, not more than twenty dollars.","path":["TITLE 36.
