The board may demand an examination of the license holder or applicant by a competent medical examiner selected by the board at the license holder's or applicant's expense. If a license holder or applicant fails to submit to the examination, the failure constitutes immediate grounds for suspension of that person's license or denial of licensure.","path":["TITLE 36.
