The acceptance of such tariffs or schedules by the regulatory agency involved, the implementation by the public utility of any orders or directives of any such agency, or the taking of action by a public utility pursuant to an order or directive of any such regulatory agency does not constitute a violation of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 37.
