{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-37-21a-11","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 37-21A-11","heading":"Rules and regulations.","body":"The secretary of the Department of Public Safety shall promulgate rules pursuant to chapter 1-26 in the following areas to enforce the provisions of this chapter:\n(1) To establish the required equipment and standards registered service agencies must have in order to service and install weighing and measuring devices in South Dakota;\n(2) To establish the process by which the division may deny, suspend, or revoke a service agency or agent's registration; and\n(3) To establish requirements for service agent registration which may include creating or adopting a test which service agents must pass before registration will be granted.","path":["TITLE 37.
