{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-38-18-34","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 38-18-34","heading":"Administration of honey industry fund--Donation--Expenditures.","body":"In the administration of §§ 38-18-31 to 38-18-37, inclusive, the department may:\n(1) Contract and cooperate with any person or group for the administration of the honey industry fund;\n(2) Contract and cooperate with any person or with any governmental department or agency for research, education, and transportation;\n(3) Expend the funds collected pursuant to §§ 38-18-31 to 38-18-37, inclusive, and appropriated for its administration;\n(4) Accept donations of funds, property, services, or other assistance from public or private sources for the purpose of furthering the objectives of §§ 38-18-31 to 38-18-37, inclusive;\n(5) Expend up to ten percent of the honey industry fund for department administrative costs associated with the administration of the honey industry fund.","path":["TITLE 38.
