{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-38-7-6","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 38-7-6","heading":"Nonvoting members of commission--Tenure of office.","body":"The following persons shall serve as nonvoting members of the State Conservation Commission: the director of the state extension service; the director of the state agricultural experiment station located at Brookings; the commissioner of school and public lands; the secretary of the Department of Game, Fish and Parks; and if approved by the United States secretary of agriculture, the state conservationist for the United States Natural Resources Conservation Service. A member of the commission shall hold office so long as the person retains the office by virtue of which the person is serving on the commission.","path":["TITLE 38.
