{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-38-8-58","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 38-8-58","heading":"Acquisition, administration, improvement, and disposition of property by district.","body":"A conservation district, and the supervisors thereof, shall have the following powers, in addition to others granted in other sections of this chapter:\n(1) To obtain options upon and to acquire by purchase, exchange, lease, gift, grant, bequest, devise, or otherwise, any property, real or personal, or rights or interests therein;\n(2) To maintain, administer, and improve any properties acquired;\n(3) To receive income from such properties and to expend such income in carrying out the purposes and provisions of this chapter; and\n(4) To sell, lease, or otherwise dispose of any of its property or interest therein in furtherance of the purposes and the provisions of this chapter.","path":["TITLE 38.
