The secretary of agriculture and natural resources and the secretary of public safety and their deputies, assistants, agents, and employees, have all of the rights of visitation, inspection, examination, and access to places, property, containers, records, rule-making authority, and prosecution, as are provided in Title 38 or in this title.","path":["TITLE 39.
