{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-39-14-57","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 39-14-57","heading":"Prohibited acts.","body":"The following acts and the causing of such acts within the State of South Dakota are prohibited:\n(1) The manufacture or distribution of any commercial feed that is adulterated or misbranded;\n(2) The adulteration or misbranding of any commercial feed;\n(3) The distribution of agricultural commodities such as whole seed, hay, straw, stover, silage, cobs, husks, and hulls, that are adulterated within the meaning of §§ 39-14-46 to 39-14-53, inclusive;\n(4) The removal or disposal of a commercial feed in violation of an order under § 39-14-71 or 39-14-72;\n(5) The failure or refusal to obtain a commercial feed license in accordance with § 39-14-40.1;\n(6) The violation of § 39-14-70; and\n(7) Failure to pay inspection fees and file reports as required by §§ 39-14-43 and 39-14-44.","path":["TITLE 39.
