{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-41-17-13","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 41-17-13","heading":"Park license--Lakeside use and state recreation areas--Fees--Promulgation of rules.","body":"A park license may be required to permit a motor vehicle and the occupants entry into any state park, except Bear Butte when used by individuals participating in a religious activity, and into any of the following lakeside use or state recreation areas:\n(1) Angostura;\n(2) American Creek;\n(3) Big Sioux;\n(4) Bob's Landing;\n(5) Burke Lake;\n(6) Buryanek;\n(7) Bush's Landing;\n(8) Chief White Crane;\n(9) Cow Creek;\n(10) Dodge Draw;\n(11) Downstream below Oahe Dam;\n(12) East Shore;\n(13) East Whitlock;\n(14) Farm Island;\n(15) Indian Creek;\n(16) Lake Alvin;\n(17) Lake Cochrane;\n(18) Lake Hiddenwood;\n(19) Lake Louise;\n(20) Lake Poinsett;\n(21) Lake Thompson;\n(22) Lake Vermillion;\n(23) Lewis and Clark Lake's Gavins Point unit, the Midway unit, and the Yankton unit;\n(24) Little Bend;\n(25) Llewellyn Johns;\n(26) Mina Lake;\n(27) North Point;\n(28) North Wheeler;\n(29) Okobojo Point;\n(30) Peoria Flats;\n(31) Pease Creek;\n(32) Pelican Lake;\n(33) Pickerel Lake;\n(34) Pierson Ranch;\n(35) Platte Creek;\n(36) Randall Creek;\n(37) Revheim Park;\n(38) Richmond Lake;\n(39) Rocky Point;\n(40) Sandy Shore;\n(41) Shadehill;\n(42) Snake Creek;\n(43) South Shore;\n(44) Spillway at Fort Randall Dam;\n(45) Spring Creek;\n(46) Springfield;\n(47) Sutton Bay;\n(48) Swan Creek;\n(49) Tailrace at Fort Randall Dam;\n(50) Walker's Point;\n(51) Walth Bay;\n(52) West Bend;\n(53) West Chamberlain;\n(54) West Pollock;\n(55) West Shore;\n(56) West Whitlock; and\n(57) Whetstone Bay.\nThe Game, Fish and Parks Commission shall, by rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26, set annual and daily license fees for entry into a state park, lakeside use area, or state recreation area.\nThe commission shall, by rules promulgated pursuant to chapter 1-26, establish a system by which an individual may purchase a second license each year for one-half the price of the first license.\nThe department shall deposit all fees collected pursuant to this section in the parks and recreation fund established in § 41-17-21.","path":["TITLE 41.
