The board of county commissioners of the proposed-site county shall add the total votes cast for approval and disapproval from all such counties voting. If a majority of all votes cast approves such proposed site, the application for a license shall be further submitted by the county auditor of the proposed-site county together with a certificate indicating such approval to the commission for their consideration and action.","path":["TITLE 42.
