The executive director shall award the designated prize to the holder of the ticket upon validation of a winning claim ticket. The executive director may make payment for prizes by any means he deems appropriate upon the validation of winning tickets.","path":["TITLE 42. RECREATION AND SPORTS","CHAPTER 42-7A.
