In addition, a civil fine of not more than five hundred dollars may be imposed for the violation. Each day of noncompliance with the provisions of this title shall be deemed a separate violation. Administrative actions of the department or Board of Water and Natural Resources, the Water Management Board, or the conservation commission are exempt from this section.","path":["TITLE 46.
