A board or commission may not form a coordinated drainage area if it is inconsistent with a county-wide drainage plan and ordinances or other controls which have been adopted. The formation of a coordinated drainage area is valid in a county that is in the process of adopting a county-wide drainage plan and ordinances or other controls until such are in place.\nSource: SL 1985, ch 362, § 47.","path":["TITLE 46A.
