{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-46a-10a-90","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 46A-10A-90","heading":"Injury or obstruction of drainage as misdemeanor--Civil liability.","body":"Any person who intentionally removes a surveyor's stake set along the line of a drain, obstructs or injures a drain or watercourse used for drainage, or breaks down or injures a levee governed by the provisions of this chapter and chapter 46A-11:\n(1) Is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor; and\n(2) Is liable for damages in an amount required to repair the injury, such damages to be recovered in a civil action by the board.
