A petition for cancellation or suspension of a project shall be in the same form as a dissolution petition as provided in § 46A-10B-37 and shall also include the following information:\n(1) The name of the drainage basin utility district;\n(2) A description of the project, facility, or program to be cancelled or suspended;\n(3) A statement of the reasons for the cancellation or suspension of the project, facility, or program; and\n(4) The name, address, and phone number of the petition circulator.\nSource: SL 1989, ch 388, § 48.","path":["TITLE 46A.
