{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-46a-18-37","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 46A-18-37","heading":"Duties of directors.","body":"The district board of directors shall:\n(1) Adopt a seal;\n(2) Keep a record of all proceedings, minutes, certificates, contracts, bonds, and employees' records and other business transacted by the directors;\n(3) Adopt bylaws, procedures, and requirements consistent with this chapter;\n(4) Meet annually and at such other times as may be necessary. A meeting may be called at any time by the chairman or at the request of any director through the chairman.
