{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-46a-3b-7","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 46A-3B-7","heading":"Notices of elections.","body":"A water development district, or the Board of Water and Natural Resources in the case of an initial election, shall publish a notice setting forth vacancies that will occur upon the completion of board member terms. The notice must:\n(1) Be published once per week for two consecutive weeks;\n(2) Be published in the official newspaper of the district;\n(3) Be published no less than ten nor more than twenty days before the deadline for the filing of director petitions; and\n(4) State the time and place where nominating petitions may be filed for director vacancies.\nSource: SL 1984 (SS), ch 1, § 21; SL 2025, ch 186, § 27.","path":["TITLE 46A.
