{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-47-11-13","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 47-11-13","heading":"Suspension or revocation of certificate--Grounds.","body":"The Board of Medical and Osteopathic Examiners may suspend or revoke any certificate of registration issued under this chapter for any of the following reasons:\n(1) The revocation or suspension of the license to practice medicine of any officer, director, shareholder, or employee not promptly removed or discharged by the corporation;\n(2) Unethical professional conduct on the part of any officer, director, shareholder, or employee not promptly removed or discharged by the corporation;\n(3) The death of the last remaining shareholder; or\n(4) Upon finding that the holder of a certificate has failed to comply with the provisions of this chapter or the regulations prescribed by the board.","path":["TITLE 47.
