{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-47-21-1","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 47-21-1","heading":"Definitions.","body":"Terms used in this chapter mean:\n(1) \"Cooperative,\" any corporation organized under this chapter or which becomes subject to this chapter in the manner hereinafter provided;\n(2) \"Person,\" any natural person, firm, association, corporation, limited liability company, business trust, partnership, federal agency, state or political subdivision, or agency thereof, or any body politic;\n(3) \"Rural area,\" any area certified to a rural electric cooperative under the provisions of chapter 49-34A, or an area in which it is permitted to serve under the provisions of chapter 49-34A.","path":["TITLE 47.
