{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-47-21-9","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 47-21-9","heading":"Required recitals in amendment--Affidavit of compliance.","body":"The articles of amendment required by § 47-21-8 shall recite that they are executed pursuant to this chapter and shall state:\n(1) The name of the cooperative;\n(2) The address of its principal office; and\n(3) The amendment to its articles of incorporation.\nThe president or vice-president executing such articles of amendment shall make and annex thereto an affidavit stating that the provisions of § 47-21-8 in respect of the amendment set forth in such articles were duly complied with.","path":["TITLE 47.
