Such services include:\n(1) Inter-LATA message toll service and intra-LATA message toll service;\n(2) Inter-LATA wide area telephone service and intra-LATA wide area telephone service; and\n(3) New products and services not functionally required to provide local exchange service.","path":["TITLE 49.
