Under the terms of any such contract, the commission may inspect the records of licensed grain buyers to determine compliance with assessment and checkoff requirements imposed by chapters 38-10, 38-27, 38-29, and 38-32 and the provisions of chapter 38-34.","path":["TITLE 49.
