Any person violating §§ 5-1-15 to 5-1-20, inclusive, or the rules promulgated by the commissioner is guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor, and in addition, shall forfeit to the state any interest in all paleontological resources discovered by or through the person's efforts.","path":["TITLE 5.
