A violation of this section is a Class 2 misdemeanor. A person who knowingly makes a false statement of a material fact in the application is guilty of a Class 5 felony.\nThe endorsed certificate of registration is void sixty days after the date of the sale or transfer of the aircraft.","path":["TITLE 50.
