A person who fails to register an aircraft within thirty days after it is operated in this state is guilty of a Class 2 misdemeanor. A person who knowingly makes a false statement of a material fact in the application is guilty of a Class 5 felony. This section does not apply to any sUAS.","path":["TITLE 50.
