The director shall have access to all books, bank accounts and records of the person in a form usable to the director. Any person contracting with a reinsurer may be examined as if it were the reinsurer. The reinsurer may be required to pay the cost of examination pursuant to § 58-3-15.","path":["TITLE 58.
