However, any of its affiliates that operate as a discount medical plan organization in this state shall comply with all provisions of this chapter and shall register as a discount medical plan organization;\n(2) Is required to comply with §§ 58-17E-24 to 58-17E-38, inclusive, 58-17E-40, and 58-17E-42 to 58-17E-44, inclusive.","path":["TITLE 58.
