{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-58-22-2","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 58-22-2","heading":"Qualifications of surety for release of person on bail.","body":"Each and every surety for the release of a person on bail shall be qualified as:\n(1) An insurer and represented by a surety bondsman or bondsmen; or\n(2) A professional bondsman properly qualified and approved by the director; or\n(3) A natural person who has reached the age of twenty-one years, a citizen of the United States and a bona fide resident of South Dakota for a period of one year immediately last past and who holds record title to property in South Dakota acceptable to the proper authority approving the bail bond.","path":["TITLE 58.
