{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-58-25-17","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 58-25-17","heading":"Violation of chapter--Imposition of penalties by director.","body":"The director may, if he finds that any person or organization has violated any provision of this chapter, impose a penalty of not more than two hundred fifty dollars for each such violation, but, if he finds such violation to be willful he may impose a penalty of not more than one thousand dollars for each such violation.
