However, persons who are excused from the examination under subdivision 58-30-52(1) may not be exempt;\n(2) Licensees over age sixty-five, if they have been licensed with the Division of Insurance for a period of at least ten years, and do not sell, solicit, or negotiate insurance; and\n(3) Licensees holding limited or restricted licenses, as the director of the Division of Insurance may determine except as provided by subdivision 58-30-116(2).","path":["TITLE 58.
