However, the licensee is exempt from the examination requirement pursuant to subdivision 58-30-52(1). If the licensee is not exempt from the examination requirement pursuant to subdivision 58-30-52(1), the director may renew or issue a new license without the licensee complying with §§ 58-30-114 to 58-30-121, inclusive, if he meets all statutory requirements for licensing, including examination.","path":["TITLE 58.
