The insurer shall file with the director a written statement discussing the reasons why the insurer should be exempt from these provisions. If the director finds, upon review of this statement, that compliance with these provisions would constitute a financial or organizational hardship upon the insurer, an exemption may be granted.","path":["TITLE 58.
