{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-58-6a-17","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 58-6A-17","heading":"Notice to director--Contents.","body":"Any purchasing group which intends to do business in this state shall furnish notice to the director which shall:\n(1) Identify the state in which the group is domiciled;\n(2) Specify the lines and classifications of liability insurance which the purchasing group intends to purchase;\n(3) Identify the insurance company from which the group intends to purchase its insurance and the domicile, together with the complete business address, of such company;\n(4) Identify the principal place of business of the group, together with the complete business address;\n(5) Provide such other information as may be required by the director to verify that the purchasing group is qualified under § 58-6A-1;\n(6) Identify all other states in which the group intends to do business; and\n(7) Specify the method by which, and the person through whom insurance shall be offered to its members whose risks are resident or located in this state.","path":["TITLE 58.
