{"data":{"id":"us-sd/sdcl-8-10-30","jurisdiction":"us-sd","citation":"SDCL § 8-10-30","heading":"Treasurer's annual financial statement--Contents--Filing.","body":"The township treasurer, within five days before the annual township meeting, shall prepare a report of the cash balance at the start of the fiscal year, receipts and disbursements for the fiscal year, and the cash balance and long-term debt as of the end of the fiscal year. The report shall be in the form prescribed by the auditor general. A copy of the report shall be filed with the township clerk and with the county auditor by the last day of March. Upon receiving a copy of the township annual report from the township treasurer, the county auditor shall forward a copy to the Department of Legislative Audit by the last day of April.","path":["TITLE 8.
