If a petition is filed within six months of the next regular municipal election and within sufficient time to comply with the provisions of § 9-13-14, the question of a successor must be submitted at that election.\nThe governing body shall publish a notice of election in the same manner as provided in § 9-13-13.","path":["TITLE 9.
