If at that meeting the ordinance or resolution is passed by a two-thirds vote of the aldermen qualified to serve by election or appointment pursuant to chapter 9-13, the ordinance or resolution must:\n(1) Be published, together with a statement of the votes for and against the ordinance or resolution; and\n(2) Become effective, notwithstanding the mayor's veto, unless suspended by referendum.","path":["TITLE 9.
