The board may, by ordinance, determine its rules of procedure and code of conduct, punish its members for disorderly conduct while performing the duties of office, and, with the concurrence of two-thirds of the members, expel a member.\nThe board may, by ordinance, establish requirements for attendance at regular meetings and provide for the expulsion of a member in violation of the attendance requirements.","path":["TITLE 9.
