Code Ann. § 16-15-5009","heading":"Jurisdiction added by private act","body":"(a) If added jurisdiction to hear probate, domestic relations or workers' compensation cases is given to a general sessions court by private act, cases shall be filed in either the circuit court clerk's or clerk and master's office unless otherwise provided by private act.
