Code Ann. § 18-2-212","heading":"Grand jury examination of bonds","body":"The grand jury in each county shall inquire into the correctness and sufficiency of the bonds of all the clerks within the county, including the clerk and master of the chancery court, and, for this purpose, they may send for witnesses and examine all necessary records and papers.
