Code Ann. § 2-11-112","heading":"Additional members from majority party added to commission","body":"Notwithstanding any other provision of this chapter to the contrary, if the majority party, as defined in § 2-1-104 , changes as a result of the 2008 regular November election, then two (2) additional members from the majority party shall be added to the commission.
