Code Ann. § 2-11-114","heading":"Acceptance of funding - Collection and expenditure of fees","body":"(a) The state election commission, secretary of state, or coordinator of elections may only accept funding from appropriations of public funds from the United States government, the state of Tennessee, or a county or municipality in this state.
