Code Ann. § 2-12-202","heading":"Precinct registrars and assistants - Appointment and duties","body":"(a) The majority party members of the county election commission shall appoint one (1) precinct registrar for each polling place, and the minority party members of the commission shall appoint one (1) precinct registrar for each polling place.
