Code Ann. § 2-3-105","heading":"Publication of changes in precinct boundaries - Notice to affected voters and comptroller of the treasury","body":"Immediately after any alteration of precinct boundaries or change of district, the county election commission shall publish the changed boundaries in a newspaper of general circulation in the county. The county election commission shall mail to each active voter whose polling place is changed a notice of the voter's new polling place and precinct number.
