Code Ann. § 20-9-608","heading":"Fines for practicing court reporting without a license","body":"After January 1, 2011, any person who undertakes or attempts to undertake the practice of court reporting for remuneration without first having procured a license, who knowingly presents or files false information with the board for the purpose of obtaining a license or who violates this part shall be subject to a civil fine not exceeding five hundred dollars ($500). Each day's violation is a separate offense.
