Code Ann. § 29-34-102","heading":"[Repealed] Rescission of fraudulent or erroneous settlements","body":"Where a compromise settlement of a claim for damages resulting from personal injuries has been brought about by fraud or mistake, such settlement may be rescinded without return of the consideration to the party released, but such consideration paid shall constitute a credit to apply in satisfaction of any judgment procured on account of such personal injuries.\nRepealed by 2021EX3 Tenn.
